I appreciated the convenient parking garage. It offered direct access to the hotel. The included breakfast featured a decent variety. I especially liked the fresh pastries (.. ) each morning. The room included glassware style crystal. I also enjoyed ample amount of pillows.
My shower did not drain properly. I noticed hair from a previous guest.

the hotel location allows easy access to downtown shops. i enjoyed the complimentary bear spray available. parking in the underground garage felt secure and convenient. the breakfast offered tasty options.

solid stay close to everything
downtown location excellent customer service large room basement parking
the hotel is near downtown i walked there in minutes the bus stop close is useful too the staff was nice the place was clean the customer service was excellent they let me check in early the breakfast was included it had many options the room was large with access to the yard i used the basement parking

the pool is inside and open until 10 pm the lobby has a hot chocolate and coffee machine there is also some seating in the lobby i saw a tv with netflix available in the room

average stay with some issues
small breakfast area poor supplies quality
the breakfast area was quite small, it could not accommodate many people at once. i also found the supplies in the room to be of poor quality. the lack of provided water bottles was inconvenient and i think a easy fix. i probably wont stay here again.
